Newly available on 2025 Ram 2500, the High-Output 6.7L Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine coupled with the new TorqueFlite® HD eight-speed automatic transmission is ready to knock out nearly every task.

ENGINES

ELITE BRAKING

Ram Heavy Duty trucks feature heavy-duty four-wheel disc antilock brakes with large braking components. The Automatic Smart Exhaust Brake is also available for the diesel engine. If equipped, it kicks in when pressure is removed from the accelerator pedal and slows the truck down by supplying negative torque from the engine, making it ideal for use when towing a trailer or carrying a heavy load.

Get live tire pressure readings for up to four trailers delivered digitally to the available 12-inch Digital Cluster Display.

INTEGRATED TOWING HARDWARE

The available Fifth-Wheel/Gooseneck Prep Package offers a factory-installed rear-axle structural crossmember with integrated mounting hardware that can be paired with a hitch (shown) for quick and easy towing.
